You can recognize jatoba wood by its beautiful orange-red to reddish-brown colour and flame drawing with dark stripes. Jatoba is known for its excellent strength. This not only ensures that it can be used perfectly outdoors, but also makes it popular indoors.

Workability: Jatoba is a type of wood that, despite its high volumic mass, is quite easy to work with and it can be finished nice and smooth. It can also be bent and glued well, but gluing is not recommended for façade carpentry.
